It is the Cora cup I really like. There is no pressure applied by it, in my opinion. that I have it in just right, it's not restricting at all, except that I feel pressure after awhile if I don't have it in quite right. This is excellent for exercise, and it's perfect for #2! As you might imagine, I'm a worry freak. So whenever I have to strain, I take it out and put it back in right away. The Cora Cup was a great success!

Cora had caught my attention because I'd been doing some research and had already purchased Saalt. Having tried to remove the Saalt cup for 1 hour, I almost decided not to do cups any more. The problem was, I did not want to give up too quickly. A friend of mine offered me to review the Cora if I tried it out. I thought it was a great idea, so I agreed. Having figured out how to properly break the seal, I was able to break the seal for Saalt and Cora much more easily. You can do it with a little practice and watch videos on YouTube to learn how to insert and remove the card. The Cora size 2 was much easier to remove from the Saalt regular than the Cora size 2 with the grippy bottom part. It is more flexible, so I wasn't sure if it was inserted properly. But it worked out alright for me! I felt like I was pressing against the bladder as I held the blue Saalt in my hand. During those early heavy days, I felt no difference from my white Cora compared to a black one. Although they are both great, I think I'll continue to use the Cora for its removal feature. So far, the Cora cup seems to be a reliable alternative to tampons, and I'm happy to have it! There is definitely an improvement. **EDIT** It definitely gets easier and easier This makes each cycle easier to use. When I have been heavy I do not plan to use in public, because the need for a rinse is However, I do not do it at home. As for leaks, I haven't had any since I wear it at night, which I wasn't worried about when I used tampons. Despite wearing tampons and liners, I wear a liner when I wear a period. As I use much less expensive/wasteful products, so yay for the environment! That's why I'm sold on the cup, since it feels so much cleaner than my old cup.
A mother of four kids, one of whom was born naturally and three others by C-section Each section. I was using a menstrual cup for the first time this cycle. Although the directions to insert it in were there, I wasn't sure how to go about it at first. Although I could still feel the cup in my stomach for the first two days, it wasn't too uncomfortable but it made me aware that the cup was in there. I went online after the second night and found instructions on how to make the bracelets more comfortable to wear so that I would not feel them. In my opinion having to change it out every 48 hours is a very good idea. I like the fact that it keeps everything inside and doesn't leak until I'm ready to dump it. Overall, I like the fact that it doesn't have to be changed every 48 hours. As I read about the cup sucking to you, that was going to be the biggest challenge to take out. A little tug on the end was all it took to pull it.
It is also convenient for me to remove my sock in the morning and to crawl back into bed and put on my normal method once I had a chance. This is a wonderful concept and I like the mission, but I cannot assume women in developing countries have access to clean water or pH balanced soap twice a day for their care? What kind of soap should be recommended or should that be explained more?.
As a long-time pad user, I have always been apprehensive about using a menstrual cup. I would like to give one a try now, but I am not sure how it will go. Thank you Cora Cup for introducing me to this great sport. Based on my research on what size would be the best, size one was the most suitable. As soon as I received my Cora Cup, I read the instructions several times and did the prep work so I was prepared for my next cycle. As I got used to the Cora Cup I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put it in and take it out as well as how comfortable it was during the day and at For me, it took a bit of experimenting with different folds to figure out how to insert the Cora Cup, but once I did, it was much easier. As for working in a new location, I also found it difficult. In the course of an entire cycle, I wore my cup not only day but also night as well as during sitting and dance classes with no leaks or concern. My life is so much more enjoyable because I no longer have to use useless.
I used to think I bled a lot more than I actually did whenever I used pads and tampons, but now I suspect it was all for me to keep buying In a sense, that changes your whole game about periods.
Prior to this, I was totally hooked on the cup category (not a lot of waste, never leaks, etc. ), but I actually prefer this one. I like this product because it's a little softer, a little easier to use, and it's a company that gives back to women. Choosing my own style I have trimmed off the downstem because I prefer to pinch the bottom of the cup to pull it down and I do not like the stem as well. You must make sure you do not scratch it or leave any rough edges (obviously).
The use of this kind of thing appealed to me because not only can I minimize the amount of waste I produce during each period, but I can also regulate how much wastage I produce. This has been used maybe twice by me, and I have a very As with anything new, it takes some time to get used to. With each period, I noticed it was in a ways when I put it in, took it out, cleaned it, etc. I sort of felt it at first, but have become accustomed to it. It is new to me so I have only had one mild leaking issue, but it takes some getting used to, especially when it comes to putting it in correctly. It depends on whether you are outside in public or not how interesting the clean up can be. Only one negative is the fact that you will have to clean it out again after using it. If you can't clean it from home, I was wondering if you could use feminine wipes (nonfragranced). However, it was well worth it in the end! It's one of my all-time favourite brands! This company is very aware of what materials go into their products! There are other products they sell at Target, but this one is not.
