We got the bigger one from the hospital and have been looking for a replacement for months. I've tried a lot of others, but nothing compares to the convenience, efficiency, and suction of this bulb aspirator. I've reordered a lot more of the larger size, and I haven't tried the smaller one yet.
I was hoping to find one similar to the ones given out at hospitals. I was disappointed to discover that it is not at all suckable! The ones sold at Walmart are far superior!.
