Is it possible to sew these together with a needle?

yes. However, unlike a Luer Lok syringe, it does not lock on. The needle will fit, but you will have to hold it in your hand.

This does not go away at the end

GOOD! I use these to write prescriptions for the animals and administer medications to them. Flea drops, ivermectin solutions, and other treatments dissolved the rubber ends on others, making them a one-time use deal. The rubbery end of this syringe hasn't been bothered by anything. For things like flea drops and other meds, I don't need sterile, so I prefer to wash and reuse. Syringes should be used. That's where this one comes in handy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!.
