You'd think you'd get two based on the photo and description, but you'll only get one.
I've had it for about six weeks and have only used it once or twice; today, however, I attempted to use it and the bulb broke open at the seam. Clearly, it isn't well-built.
These things used to freak me out when I was a kid. Now that I'm an adult, I'd like to share with you some of my favorite memories They're not as scary now, man. Problems with the inner ear can throw one's balance off. This makes it more difficult to rush outside and tell those kids to get off my lawn. The product did what it was supposed to do, but the title and image were deceiving. The main image featured two syringes and the title used the word "syringes" (plural). As a result, I assumed that the order would include two syringes. My assumptions were incorrect.

It didn't remove anything from my clogged ear, despite the fact that I had previously used Debrox liquid earwax remover. Even if you used one after the other, neither worked. Another purchase that went wrong.
After removing the sealed transparent cover, which was clearly wrinkled, I realized it was resealed and not sterile, as stated on the packaging. Because there was a small hole in the ball, the bulb inside had no suction. We had to return it because it was useless. Why would Amazon send out this potentially hazardous used item?.
