Questions & Answers
Don't do it. New adapters should be used.
The answer is not clear. The large bottles available at Walgreens fit in them. Make sure the diameter of the opening is correct by measuring the diameter of the top of the bottle.
The answer is yes, as long as you know the size of the bottle (how much it can hold). In order to accommodate the two different bottle sizes I have to use, I purchased the smaller size as well as the next size. Measurements can be done with great accuracy using these tools.

All in all, they fit all the bottles we keep on hand for our children and work perfectly.
The medication my son needs to take comes in a liquid form. When he doessing with a syringe, he makes sure the liquid goes into the needle correctly, but by the time he is a third of the way through the bottle, the needle is no longer It would be impossible to survive without these little adapters. Currently, our only complaint with the pharmacy is that it changes the size of the bottles fairly frequently, so we're constantly having to measure the top of the bottles and order new bottles. There are different adapters for different sizes. With the sizes we have now, we should be able to cover all our needs.
There are actually 24 millimeters in the 28mm. 21mm is the actual size of the 24mm. My bottle and the bottle cap are both too small. If the description was more accurate, that would be ideal.
The smaller ibuprofen bottles fit in these, but I thought they were a bit bigger. Although they are a little too large for some prescription bottles, they fit most of ours. Having turned them on their sides and trimmed the bottom more than the top part and turning them as I shaved off a little of the top part, I make them fit for the smallest size. My order was ready in under two minutes and I got a perfect fit.
There is no attention given to quality assurance. I ordered the 22mm and they do not even come.
NOT AT ALL! The method does not work in every case. A small circle appears to be bigger than the rest. That is not the case. As a result, the top layer sticks up and the bottle cannot be closed. This design is defective. I cut off the top one and the same thing happens. In the photo, the circles seem to be graduated in size, but they are not. I cut off the top, but the thing still stood above the lip of the bottle, making it impossible to close it! My refund request is on its way. There was no sense in spending money on this!.
These drops are manufactured by the same company. In my attempt to contact the manufacturer, McNeil Consumer Support provided me with no help. The adapters, which do not work with Motrin infant drops, should not be bought if you use the brand.
I find my daughter's zantac so much easier to take now. She also takes her benadryl so much more easily as well. My favorite part is that I have so many of them that I can throw away a bottle when it's empty without having to worry about pulling out the adapter to reuse it. The fact that they make things so much easier makes me consider putting one in my cough medicine bottle.
