For stuffy baby noses, this is an amazing sterile product
5/5

When I had my own children, the hospital would give me one of these when they were born years ago. But I don't think they're using them as much as they used to. However, for difficult stuffy noses, they are the best option. Suction power is insufficient on the other (blue/small) ones. You don't want to mess with the other babies when you have a baby who is extremely stuffy. I also don't want to be sucking germs from a tube to clear my baby's nose. Please buy a few to keep on hand; they come in a sterile package, so you can save them and be sure they're clean if you buy them. You, on the other hand, want multiples. Cleaning these is not possible because they do not come apart. However, I've discovered that no matter how well you clean these, they never get CLEAN. (Alcohol or bleach rinses have never worked for me. ) so maybe. If you see negative reviews or stories on the internet about how someone opened it and it was full of black stuff, don't buy it. This is due to the fact that it was not thoroughly cleaned. It has to be spotless. Water that is piping hot Water that smells like soap. Rinse. Rinse. Turn the dryer upside down (nozzle down) to dry. If you think it's dirty, toss it out and get a new one. You're sucking the contents of your child's nose out. DO NOT squirt anything into your child's nose.

A little stiff
3/5

To clean my fountain pens, I purchased these. The large size is appealing, and the tip fits all of the pens I've tried it on, but the bulb is a little stiff to squeeze. It hasn't lost any of its utility. I'd appreciate the stiffness if I were relying on it for suction, but in my case, I'm simply filling it with water and flushing it through the pen.

Better suction than most; I've tried a lot of them, but this one is by far the best
5/5

I just can't bring myself to use one of those sucking options. I even experimented with a couple of the electric options. When my son has a cold, this is so much more effective.
