The soft rubber tip snaps into the socket in which the pen cartridges/converters snap. It's a lot easier than soaking the pens overnight in soapy water.
When it comes to flushing out fountain pens, this is the best tool to use. There are numerous YouTube videos available that demonstrate how to do so. As you work on your fountain pens, it's worth having one of these on hand.
That appears to be exactly what I needed, but I just wanted to make sure that anyone interested in this item knows that it is NOT a 50 count as advertised. However, it is, as expected, a Hand Bulb Syringe.
It turned out to be a little smaller than I had anticipated. Because the material is thicker than most I've seen or am used to, the back of the bulb can sometimes stick when depressed. This will suffice if you require a bulb syringe.
Allow a small amount of peroxide to sit in the ear for a few minutes before suctioning it out.
I didn't expect it to be as small as it was.
