I received 60 cc syringes, but the photo is incorrect.
Yes, and they're made entirely of stainless steel. They're used in the lab to transfer liquids and can be reused. They can be cleaned whether they are sterile or not. It's not my business, but using these for your purposes is concerning and strange.

When I first got them, they reeked of rubber tires. This was not a happy purchase for me.
Does what it's supposed to do and when it's supposed to do it. It's fine; there's nothing else to say about a syringe.
It's the same as any other Syringe I'm familiar with.
