It is impossible to get a good seal no matter what type of muff you have. You will be able to hear noise if you wear hair or glasses. You want to roll them tightly, twist them slightly as you insert fully, and hold them for a few seconds as the ear canal is sealed. The shoes are comfortable and I can wear them for hours at a time. The downside to this type of protection is that it cannot be removed and replaced in case, for example, you need to unplug for a few minutes for a conversation. I like these foam ear plugs very much because they are easy to use and they do the job. Snoring is a habit of my wife. I do not do it all the time, but occasionally, at least a couple times a week. I liked the fact that they were very soft and they expanded to fill the ear canal, so my wife's snoring was These ear plugs are also very soft, so their presence doesn't bother me at all while sleeping.
