There is no fluid absorption in these strips as they are made of plastic. Despite the above review being in error, it was not accurate. As for using the strips, I didn't know what to do. have dipped the opp, which is a great product. I apologize to the manufacturers and distributor for the inconvenience. It would be okay for me to return the refund to Amazon or Baldwin.
