When I eat the wrong foods and test a few hours later, I know my keto meter is accurate. It is evident in the reading. So, if you're serious about staying in ketosis and losing weight, this meter, along with lancets and test strips, are your best bets. The lancets are an essential part of the process, and these are ideal. They're simple to use, and after each use, I simply stick the twist-off cap with the needle point in the trash. Because I'm still trying to keep track of everything, I've already purchased additional lancets and test strips. I've been on it for three weeks and have lost six pounds, so I'm pleased, and combining these products keeps me on track. What a fantastic purchase!.
