Questions & Answers

Is it compatible with the True metrix glucometer?

These aren't test strips, so don't expect them to work. TRUEplus® Lancets are designed to work with the TRUEdraw® Lancing device.

Is there a date on it?

In April 2021, I placed my order. The expiration date on the boxes that were delivered was March 2025. So it appears that these have a four-year shelf life, though I must say that as long as they are properly stored, I believe they will remain sterile and safe for me to use almost indefinitely. Since they're inorganic, sterile, and factory packed, I'm not sure why they'd have an "expiration" date. This is simply my viewpoint.

Do they go with the delicate touch?

No, the true plus lancets that come with the true plus lancing device are what I use.

Will these needles fit a 2 meter fitultra?

I'm not sure because I have a true metric air meter, so I'm not sure if it will fit the ultra 2 meter.

This product is not suitable for pets

These were purchased for my cat because of the smaller gauge, but they caused him pain. We've never had a problem checking his blood sugar, and the few times I tried these lancets, he hissed and scratched, so I know they're painful.

I bought these to see if they would work with my lancing device, and they do. I didn't want to spend the extra money on the name brand, so I'm glad these did. The product is excellent, and the price is very reasonable.
