It would be nice if someone created a bluetooth version that could be downloaded from your phone, since these haven't changed in a decade While in 15 years the product will still be the best for the concept the product remains the best for the moment. With Ganzfeld display glasses, you can see stunning visuals. Having it fully cover your eyes takes you into your own private space which I find so pleasing. I like how easy it is to navigate on the Kasina and how sturdy and reliable it seems. The look of the original iPod is similar. It is a little difficult at first to convince your brain that it is not a touch screen, use the buttons instead. It would be reasonable to expect that these would be updated with all the advancements in LED and wireless technology, and with sooo many apps that connect to devices. My favorite part of the product is the design. You need to get with the program. The irritating thing about dealing with cables while you are relaxing is that they have to be handled all the time. The price for such an ancient technology is quite ridiculous. I just thought I'd mention that. The other options were slim, and the glasses were the selling point, so I kept coming back to this with the ganzfeld glasses since there were no other options that grabbed my attention.

In spite of having no prior experience with these audio/visual devices, I took a leap of faith based on the reviews and it has changed my life forever. During the last three months of using Kasina daily for about 20 minutes every morning, I have lost about 18 pounds Before going to bed, spend 30 minutes reading. After listening to the music and seeing the lights for a few weeks, I thought it was cool. There was a noticeable reduction in my anxiety with this method. The diagnosis of ADHD in my 62 year old self occurred at 64 years of age. Having anxiety and short temper has taken a toll on my marriage that has lasted for 22 years. I stopped using it after about a month or so, now I can only wake up after 10 minutes in a half-dream state In every session, you will have 15 minutes. A state of deep meditation that occurs during hypnagogic vision is named hypnagogia. Meditation has a lasting effect on me all day and has almost completely eliminated unnecessary worry and anxiety, as well as clearing my mind so I am able to concentrate. As well as increasing my short term memory, I have also become more alert. Those of us with ADHD know how hard it is to stick with something over the long run, yet I look forward to and plan for my daily sessions. There is one thing to keep in mind It takes a bit of getting used to the blinking LEDs, but you can turn the brightness down until you are accustomed to them. I have found this to be a great tool for meditation. It looks like an old-school iPod with VR glasses, but it's actually a great meditation tool.

The device from MindPlace is excellent. I use 2 sessions on Deep Vision Ganzfeld display, the first with closed eyes and the second with open eyes in a row. With open eye sessions, I have the feeling that I am able to concentrate more. In addition to the device, I use the accupresure mat to ensure total relaxation of both the mind and body (back). It's been 4 years since my last checkup I'm healthy Since I lift moderate weights 3 out of 5 days a week at the gym, as well as listen to a lot of music on Youtube with good quality headphones, this Kasina is the next level with superior relaxation of my mind. A great product for a great price. It was 399 dollars for the bundle, and I paid $323 with a discount from Amazon. After considering it for 3 months, I decided not to buy it since I thought I'd be able to watch Youtube with headphones. Sorry, I made a mistake.

In my first review of this mind machine, I gave it a 3 star rating because that is my first impression after using it for several weeks. Since the USB port is a micro USB rather than a later port that's available, the phone does not support later USB ports. As a matter of fact, the screen is abit small and should be a touch screen based on current technology and devices. This device was produced several years ago, and the technology of those years was current at the time. However, technology is continually advancing, and as a result equipment such as this should also continue to improve. This product has just stopped advancing, stuck in a cycle of time. That was an issue as to why I was only giving it 3 stars, but I want to give credit where credit is due, because so much has happened in my life since using this product. Even though it is a bit expensive, a mind machine is a powerful device that if used regularly and concurrently, it will shape you into a better person Your vision of your self has to be shaped by your mind and your actions. This group of goggles is very interesting for the array of colors which is synchronized with the sounds to actually make a positive impact on the minds of the people. It is easy to get comfortable and visualize and get into the zone when I use my visualizations. As an affirmation user, I found the ability to upload my own recorded affirmations onto the device, as well as incorporating my words along with the supplied sounds, particularly useful. As for the battery life, it lasts quite a long time. As far as the use of the Kasina daily goes, I have transformed my whole life into a more loving, forgiving, calmer, appreciative being, and allow me to tell you it feels great. This device provides a large amount of tonal options from binary beats to earthy sounds, singing bowls, hand drumming, woodwind, and you can even add your own music which is a great feature. Although somewhat pricey and dated, the kasina is still a fascinating place to visit. Still, there is no doubt that it is a powerful force. When you use things consistently for a long period of time and have a little patience and optimism, wonderful things will manifest. My life has been so much better since I made this purchase and stuck with it because so many wonderful things have come my way. Oh and in my picture, you can see where the black tape has been applied This is for the sake of protecting the wires from being torn because the wires are thin and because they are expensive. My investment is of great importance to me, so I will do everything in my power to protect it. I have found that to be very useful so far. My recommendation for this amazing mind machine is to check it out. . . My sincere thanks to you!.

This stupid lack of Bluetooth is the first thing that bothers me. It would be far more useful if it had Bluetooth. Then there are the light shows, which are also marginal. However, there are few of them when they are good and they are hard to come by. There are no real explanations for how you do a lot of stuff, they just say you do a lot of stuff. I really don't know what to say about the web site. When the device is in a state of flow, I really enjoy the experience. However, I typically listen to Spotify meditation music because without Bluetooth, I have to use This unit did not deliver what I expected, and since I bought the Muse 2, which I love, I use this unit less frequently.

Although the product is versatile, it is not as powerful as the Nova pro 100 I used (sessions We tested whether we can sleep and relax). A great deal of options for the lights but no explanation in the manual about what they stand for and what effects they have. What if it was just for fun? Would you like to know more?.

Very customizable and very well made, it helps me fall asleep, think a bit clearer or be more positive throughout the day. I am trying to do this at least six days per week.
