The Bose product is generally good, but this one didn't live up to my expectations. In the beginning there is no active noise cancellation, just ear plugs. There are 20 or so sounds available and that is it. Unless they come up with an active noise cancellation, I will buy it when they do, but for now, I will return Ear plugs that cost a lot but do not deliver.

In my experience, the older generation of ear buds had most of the issues experienced by other users. However, I kept them because only sleeping with them would enable me to wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. A magnetic attachment fell off the left bud so it was unable to charge, so I went in search of a replacement. My excitement grew when I realized that a new generation of smartphones is about to be released. They did listen, I must say.
