By supplying vitamin B12 and vitamin B 5, the lozenges are more of a support for a stressful lifestyle. For me, it was a success. The pastilles are intended for anxiety or stress that occurs in the moment. Both have helped me cope with my stressful and anxious life.
In a soothing lozenge with a natural orange and elderflower liquid center, RESCUE PLUS® Lozenge combines Pantothenic acid, also known as Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B12, with the RESCUE® essences. This B vitamin combination has been carefully chosen to support your daily performance and may help you feel more energized even on the busiest days. Pantothenic acid (B5) is a B vitamin that aids in normal mental function. Vitamin B12 aids in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system. Contains no sugar.
They were given to my adolescent daughter.

On the 24th of May, I placed an order for two of these, and they arrived on the 26th of May. Unfortunately, one of the tubes they sent me was out of date, so I would have given 4 or 5 stars because I like the taste and they work. 2/12/19 is the date of expiration. I'll eat them anyway because I'm not concerned, but sending an item that is three months past its expiration date is extremely unprofessional.
When you have a dry mouth, a sore throat, or a cough, these are delicious. In terms of the stress-relieving properties, I imagine you'd have to eat a pack or more per day to get that LOL. I suppose it all depends on the individual, their stress levels, and any other illnesses they may be suffering from. Some people seem to be able to use these to calm their minds before going to bed. I don't think so. br>br>I've used their olive and mustard seed floral essences, and they seemed to actually give me a boost. Research on these is iffy, but the mustard seed one came recommended for depression, which I was dealing with at the time, and it did seem to help, but research I read after the fact suggested it could be psychological. But, on the other hand, I don't always believe "top scientists" and their findings. Personal testimony and independent research can be just as valuable as, if not more valuable than, a study conducted by "reputable scientists. " But that's not what I'm going to talk about right now.
These were purchased for a friend who has anxiety issues. I became ill while stuck on a plane, and I now suffer from anxiety on occasion. After taking them, they start working almost immediately (within a few minutes). They help me unwind and relax by taking the edge off. They're delicious as well.
It's truly a lifesaver when it comes to mild, transient anxiety. Helpful after my daughters' babies are born and they need a little bit of relief from feeling anxious and overwhelmed for the first two weeks. For postpartum symptoms, I don't recommend it.
Not as effective as the Pastiles for me, and much more expensive; I've been using the Rescue Pastiles for years and find them to be very useful. This product does not make a significant difference.
CHECK TO SEE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR YOU. I had an allergic reaction to it, and Amazon refused to let me return it; I believe they should have given me store credit at the very least. Before you buy something, make sure it's the right fit for you.
They also take the sting out of my anxiety. I would strongly suggest it.
It's nice to have these as a small photo album. to perk you up or calm your nerves!.
