If I start to feel anxious, nervous, or anything else, I squeeze the dropper as hard as I can and take up as much liquid as the dropper can hold, then place the dropper of liquid under my tongue, and my anxiety or whatever it is goes away in about 5 minutes. I also use it on my Autistic daughter, who, while she doesn't have near the meltdowns that even typical people do, has days when she's beside herself, and I treat her the same way I treat myself on those days. The amount is the same, and it is delivered in the same manner. She is, by nature, a calm and laid-back lady, similar to her father, so she doesn't need to use it nearly as often as I do, but it is extremely beneficial to her. When she's feeling emotional around that time of month, I'll give her some, and it works in seconds. br>br>I recommend that every household have two bottles on hand at all times; one would suffice, but having two ensures that there will always be some available. With the way the world is today, and people, young and old, being bombarded on all sides, this product aids in maintaining one's senses. It was used by my son as well as my boyfriend. After taking this product for about a month, I noticed a slight difference in my son's anxiety, and it took about a month for the changes to take effect.
