This product is fantastic for burns, bruises, wounds, and other minor injuries, and I wouldn't be without it.
I didn't use it to treat itchiness or inflammation on my scalp. When applied to the rest of the body, it does help with itch and inflammation. Bug bites, eczema, and acne were among the conditions I treated with it. It undoubtedly aided in the resolution of those issues. So I'm guessing it'll work on the scalp as well.
RESCUE® REMEDY CREAM is for external use only and should not be given to your pet. We recommend first consulting with a veterinarian to see if there is any indication of a serious skin condition, and then using RESCUE Cream. To prevent your pet from consuming too much of the cream, rub it in thoroughly.
I wouldn't recommend using Rescue Remedy with a cat because it's a cream. "Feliway," a feline pheromone spray, can be used to calm your cat if sprayed on a towel.

Over the years, I've used it to aid in the healing of a variety of skin injuries. I recommended it to a friend who had badly burned her hands pouring scalding hot water on them while boiling her baby's bottles more than 20 years ago. Her hands were bandaged and she was given painkillers after she went to the emergency room. Her physician advised her to return in two weeks. Skin grafts for the burns will take three weeks. When I told her about Rescue Cream, she started using it on a daily basis. When she returned to the hospital three weeks later, her doctor was astounded by how well her hands had healed, telling her to keep doing what she was doing and that she wouldn't need skin grafts any longer. Another dear friend, who was keeping vigil at the hospital for her husband at the time, burned one hand badly the night she spilled scalding coffee on it ten years ago. I bought her Rescue Cream, and it instantly relieved her pain, and she was pain-free in ten minutes. The bright red burn that had covered the top of her hand and palm for the previous 12 days had faded almost completely. I could go on and on, but you get the idea: none of Dr. Bach's flower remedies have ever disappointed me.
I sometimes feel like I've tried everything when it comes to moderate-intensity exercise. Eczema that is extremely severe. I've tried every calming, soothing, healing, and medicated cream I can get my hands on or that people can recommend. There are a plethora of recently opened, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities available. My house is so full of used cream and ointment containers that it resembles a sample warehouse, but that may not be the case for much longer. I'm not a big believer in homeopathic medicine, and I'm not sure if it's the homeopathic ingredients in this cream or just the high-quality ingredients that make it so soothing and healing for my eczema. I'm not asking any questions about the quality of the base, and I'm already planning to reorder!.
This isn't the same Bach Rescue Cream that we've used in the past! The previous was calming, healing, and great for chafing and broken skin. This order's cream is NOTHING like the stuff we ordered! This one irritates skin issues severely; we've tried it on a variety of skin issues in need of treatment and it's burned and irritated them all. This is not to be confused with our previous Bach Rescue Remedy!.
It's the only one you'll ever require. My leg developed an itchy, uncomfortable rash. The hydrocortisone spray didn't help much, and the prescription cream didn't help much more. I borrowed this from my wife and it cleared up the itching and rash within the first 15 minutes. One more application was all that was required. This is the only skin-care item I require.
You name it: skin burns, rashes, dryness, scars, elbows, heels, insect bites, and so on. This cream surpassed my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who is debating whether or not to purchase and try it. I travel with it (actually, I never travel without it) because I value its efficiency. For most skin irritations, a pea-sized amount is all that is required, and it will always heal.
To calm my rescue cats, I apply Rescue Remedy lotion. On adoption day, some cats become agitated when they are in a large, noisy store. Applying a small amount of lotion to their ears usually calms them down. Take care not to overdo it! One cat became so relaxed that he slept the entire adoption day away and thus did not find a home.
This is excruciatingly painful, and nothing had been able to alleviate the situation until now. It's also made entirely of flowers! I was able to type and use the spacebar with my thumb within a few hours after the bleeding crack softened. a finger that had previously been badly split My other thumb was also fixed the next day. You may think this is pricey, but for the amount of pain I was in, it was not. Not in the least. It was well worth the money.
As I've only recently received it, I can only comment on the consistency and packaging at this time. The consistency is light, airy, and silky. And I'm glad the company goes to the trouble of sealing the box in a dark plastic bag to keep it clean in the warehouse. After more use, I'll update my thoughts on the Rescue Remedy section.
