It has no flavor other than a faint brandy taste that fades quickly. To reap the benefits, add a few drops to your tea, but it won't add any flavor.
It is not something I would suggest. Instead, consider purchasing an essential oil with a Honeysuckle fragrance. Essential oils are available in a wide variety of stores. Stores specializing in health foods and similar establishments. I have no idea how the olive flower smells because I did not purchase it.

I wasn't sure if flower essence would be beneficial to me. Because I'm a dreamer, I chose clematis to help me stay grounded and in the moment. I put a few drops in my water to see how long it would take to work, and after 40 minutes, I didn't notice any difference. I did some research on Bach essence and read that you can do emergency dosages under your tongue. Since this is my first time, I'm sure it will take a few more times and consistent dosages to be effective. So I had to use about four drops to get this to work and into my system. 10 minutes, at the very least. Later, I didn't feel the need to wander off in my thoughts because I didn't expect it to work. It did exactly what it said it would do: it made me feel grounded in the present moment. My concerns dissipated. I was able to unwind and experience a sense of security and peace. This has piqued my interest in other types of flower essence, as different ingredients can be combined to target different emotional feelings and struggles. It's such a relief to be able to heal yourself without the use of harmful medications. I'm a big believer in self-healing, and this flower essence was a great help; the bottle was bigger than I expected, so I got more bang for my buck. It was also well-protected during the shipping process. I'm going to place another order.
They last a long time and work in such a gentle, subtle way that you don't even notice until you notice you're acting differently (in a good way). Chestnut Bud has opened my eyes to new ways of thinking and doing things in my personal life as well as in my professional life. It literally gives me insight into what I've been doing wrong and what I can do differently or better to have a more positive outcome or greater impact, etc. It's like having insight in a bottle. Chesnut Bud combined with Hornbeam is a game changer for me, as I am prone to procrastination and routine. For anyone interested in personal development and seeking positive change, this book is a must-read.
For my complex PTSD, my psychiatrist has me using other Bach products, and we wanted to try a new one to add to the list; I like that I can mix and match them. It's significantly less expensive here than at a health food store. This one didn't give me the same results as the stress reliever I usually use at work. I was also a little jittery as a result of it. However, I am a fan of the entire product line. br>On the other hand, if you're recovering from alcoholism, you might want to avoid these products. While the alcohol content isn't harmful, they do taste like various alcoholic beverages (one, for example, tastes like a white Russian), which may be triggering for some. (Because I'm in long-term recovery and work with others who are, I'm aware that this information is useful to some people. ).
This white chestnut helped me sleep better and relax.
Has proven to be effective in the treatment of post-cancer treatment PTSD and recovery.
I have a very demanding job, like most of us, and it's crunch time, so I use these drops to help me deal with the stress and have the energy to "get it done. " "This is an all-natural product; God gave us the earth's plants to heal our bodies; this company recognizes this and has captured the essence of the plants to help us cope with life; the product has a high standard; I've been using it since 2000. ".
It was enjoyable to read. They're made with alcohol, so if you're trying to avoid it, be aware. I couldn't detect any "mustard. " It had a brandy taste to it. It says to put the drops in water or directly into your mouth, but if you're like me and don't have the best aim (I'm not so great with eye drops either LOL), I just put them on my finger and ran them under my tongue. br>br>These were recommended to me by a Torah-observant Native American couple who said they were good for people suffering from depression. She is a homeopathic doctor with a wide range of remedies for various ailments. Personally, I prefer natural remedies to pharmaceuticals because natural remedies do not work the same way for everyone, even more so than pharmaceuticals. It's a lot of trial and error, as I've learned over the years. Always read the warning labels that come with certain herbs and plants before using them. Some, like pharmaceuticals, may have long-term effects on the liver and kidneys; however, such effects take much longer to manifest and usually only occur in high concentrated doses, according to my limited knowledge and understanding. Other than that, they don't leave you with any unpleasant side effects. Take what you will from this, but I strongly advise you to conduct your own research and come to your own conclusions! We are all human, and even the world's most powerful genius does not possess all of the answers.
I put it in my water bottle and drink it all day long. It works like a miracle on some days and fails miserably on others. This is one of those products that everyone should give a shot to see if it works for them. There is no one-size-fits-all answer. This product is similar to meditation in that it may not help some people but can save their lives in others. Alternatively, you could be like me, who works well at times and not so well at others. We are all unique, and part of the fun of this journey is discovering what works best for each of our bodies.
