When I noticed the oil stopper was too big for the top, that was the first thing I noticed. The oil has now been in my life for eight years. Never will they have a part that is not a perfect fit. There was a chemical smell, not a natural one. After that, I did a skin test. I put a few drops on the back of my hands, and they turned white in less than 60 seconds. The sensation was not as deep or cooling as I anticipated, nor did I experience the cool vapor breath. Nearly $30 worth of fake oil was sold to me.
That's the first time I've ever written a review. There's that much horror in it. The oils I use for my business have been from this brand for years. There is no doubt in my mind that this oil is not authentic. There is no way to describe how awful it smells. The bottle I had in my cabinet (the same brand) had no comparison with the remaining bottle. The mistake I made was purchasing the book from amazon instead of Now Foods' website because I wanted to save time on shipping. I will not Despite their refusal to accept the return, I will have to throw this money into the trash.
Essentially, this is the first time I dislike "NOW" essential oil. I love Eucalyptus and have tried different brands before, but now I find their eucalyptus essential oil This scent smells strongly when it is in the bottle, but when used for a diffuser or perfume, it quickly fades. It's not very long-lasting as it disappears quickly when used! Upon further reflection, I believe it is diluted and not 100% pure, and I am so disappointed in.
There is no doubt that they are defective, and Amazon won't let you return this product since the contents are "flammable, as well as being in a glass container". As a result, I am left with two 4 ounce bottles that are impossible to open. The bottle was so difficult to open that even my bodybuilding buddy couldn't open it! My next move will be to hit them with a hammer! Beware! The essential oils sold by Now are counterfeits.
The order I placed just arrived today. I was so excited because it was such a great price. I cannot open it! The attempt was made more than once. They tried it with other people. It was finally NOW Foods who answered the phone. A complaint was reported about the caps because they are new, but the complaint is not unique to Returning my order is the only option I have. The bottles were almost completely open when I received them today. They had leaked all over the place. I'm aware that there are many other brands of essential oils out there on Amazon, some of them more expensive, but I only trust and buy There are other similar products, but the quality just isn't as good as this one. It is so wonderful to have Eucalyptus oil around. You're getting the best deal with this one. I have read some more recent reviews and I'm frankly surprised at what's been written. If this is the case, someone must be cheating the system. Foods of the past do not exist anymore. A distributor would be like that. Therefore, I hope NOW tackles the problem as soon as possible. Quite honestly, I have never had any issues with this product, and found it to always be a fine, excellent product.
