As we stumbled to our cribs, my husband and I looked at each other exhaustingly, knowing it was going to be a long night. The day ahead will be long, and I'm stressed to my limits. The oil in this bottle is a LIFESAVER or perhaps I should say a SLEEPSAVER for me. In case of congestion due to any of the conditions above, you should- I use a dab of this on each nostril, and it opens up your sinus passages significantly.
