I find it very helpful to clear my nasal passages

Here are no dislikes I use it to clear out my nasal passage and clear my head. I get a large bowl of hot water and add some crystals to it. I inhale and exhale through my mouth for however long the steam remains. Product of very high quality.

The smell of mint is very strong

This stuff was purchased to freshen up a room. I also used it to discourage pests from gathering in corners of the garage. It hasn't really worked yet, so I can't really tell. You will smell a strong minty scent when you apply it. I was done with it once I'd finished working on it. The smell did not seem overpowering so I believe it can be used in the home too.
