While it is a pure blend, coconut oil can be diluted with it to make it more effective!
There's no information on it, but I normally just put this on my wrists or feet, or behind my ear if I'm in a hurry. As a rule, I don't use a carrier oil for this, but you could make use of one if you wanted to prolong its shelf life. It is possible to use coconut carrier oil if you wish. This is what I use every night before I go to sleep or when I am stressed out.
Compared to lavender alone, I find this blend to be much more effective. The lavender definitely comes through first, but without being overly harsh. The vanilla comes through as well, but still in a perfect balance. The vanilla and ylang-ylang notes are sweet and warm I like the scent best when it has ylang, et al. DoTERRA agents informed us, after we had purchased this, that doTERRA is not an authorized retailer on Amazon and that people are refilling empty bottles of doTERRA oil with other oils and selling them under the brand. It also did not smell like the real Serenity oil. The product was returned to the store immediately and would not be purchased Your local rep can provide you with more information.
It was recommended to me by a friend, so I ordered it. The Amazon website. She has no idea what this smells like. There's only one reason I can think of why this stuff does not smell like it should I think it's really old. There seems to be no way to return it despite your belief that you could return something you paid a lot of money for.
Sadly, this one from Amazon gave me a headache and put me in a bad mood. Doterra serenity was brought to me by a friend and we compared them. Buying scams is a bad idea.

As a rule, I've been pleased with the first 3 bottles I've received, but during the first time I opened my fourth bottle yesterday the seal broke and the whole thing came off, whereas the other 3 were sealed and the bottom stayed in place after the seal broke. A water bottle's lid makes a sound when it closes, but this one didn't, so I noticed it didn't feel right. My usual practice is to I thought it would feel like water if it didn't. Upon smelling it, I noticed something was extremely wrong. I smelled it again, then one of my other three, and that revealed a lot of trouble! When I looked at the tops of the bottles I saw the plastic holes on the other three were the same, but the new bottle had a much larger hole that appeared to be brown on the side of the dropper. Comparing the photo to the bottles, you can see a noticeable difference. There is a hole large enough to accommodate a dropper in the new one. They are very different from others
