There was a plastic wrap on the DoTerra bottle. I immediately realized I was going to return them when I opened the lid and saw that the seal had been removed. What really shocked me, though, was when I poured the product into my hand. It was a small bottle of fruit loops filled with shell shaped pasta. I don't like it.

Despite working with children all day, I didn't get sick until the last three weeks of the school year. My whole career as a Kindergarten teacher exposes me to germs all the time. Take them with caution. While you burp, you are able to taste the flavors of the oils returning. While the spicy food took no trouble from me as I knew it would make me well, I generally consume foods with a greater degree of heat I didn't notice much of a difference in my diet. It is a strong flavor and that is what I could taste in my burps due to the Oregano oil. Firstly, I suggest taking the softgel with food and then immediately afterward eating something to help them go down faster, and secondly, I do not recommend taking this just before you go to sleep. You should talk to a doctor if you need medical advice. *I am not an expert in the field and am not a representative of Doterra. The product was of benefit to me as an ordinary gal.

For the past two weeks, I haven't been able to see my dentist. I took On Guard as suggested by a friend to see if it could make a difference. When I went to the dentist, the infection was gone - both of the symptoms had gone away. A decrease in swelling, redness, and tenderness has occurred. This is the best product to keep upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, and flu symptoms at bay. I am a nurse and I have taken it a lot and I have kept healthy many times and I suggest it to everyone I know. I have personally found them to be effective. My personal viewpoint is that doTerra oils are unmatched in their quality. I strongly believe that essential oils can enhance our well-being. You should take one of these after eating a hearty meal and with an entire glass of water. The soft gems have no initial taste. I recommend taking one with an entire glass of water. The pills help me sleep at night because my stomach settles during the night and I am less likely to get upset. I have been taking these for exactly a month now during that time of year when everyone seems to be sick or carrying some type of virus. As a teacher, I work with kids every day and doTerra on guard softgels have (knock on wood) helped ward off stomach bugs, strep throats, sinus infections, and general colds. If you're unsure of whether to try them, give it a go. I felt as if nothing I did, not even hand washing, would help me when I was so sick last year around this time. My system works well with these!.

As a result, I was sick every day I took it. It wasn't until I read another review that included pictures stating what they received was different from what Doterra sends them, that I realized that it wasn't just me. On guard oil has been my go-to product from them, but I did not react to it as badly as I did to these pills. I usually order directly from them and have never tried this product yet, but I have used their on guard oil. Keep that in mind.
