I managed to get them in the right place, or at least most of them did, because this is the only thing I've changed in my daily routine, and it has been a huge help for me with my various ailments (IBS-D). d being the worst of my problems! I've attached what I did that worked well for me - I hope this information is beneficial! br>br>It's also worth noting that this is a fantastic value kit! I've tried ear seeds before and always seem to ruin as many as I can get in there, and I never seem to get any relief, but these ear seeds are fantastic! I expected to lose at least a few seeds when I removed it from the strip (using the tweezers, of course), but they all stayed in the bandage area as they should have. I had to take one out in order to re-install it. I was sure the seed wouldn't stay in it, but it did, and they lasted through showers with no problems! I planted ten ear seeds to address my various problems, and they've proven to be extremely effective. my expectations were met! I'll be ordering my replacement strips from the same company as well!.

I was thrilled to get this, but the pods are tiny and impossible to work with. The chart is ambiguous and does not specify where you should put things. I work in the medical field and found it difficult to understand; There's no indication of what the area is supposed to help heal or how it's related to healing (e. g. I bought it to help with migraines (although there's no guarantee that placing it HERE will help with migraines). I threw the product away because I couldn't figure out what was wrong and missed the return window.
