Don't wash your mat in the washing machine or tumble dry it as this can damage parts of it. Wash the mat by hand and let it dry after drying it with lukewarm water and a mild soap.

I came across this product when my niece, who lives in Israel, wanted to order the Pranamat and pillow set, which is In the amount of $100. 00, she had it ordered and sent to my house so that I can have it while During our conversation I asked her about it, as it was almost $ 200, and she insisted on the Pranamat, as she was concerned with the quality and wanted to ensure she would get the most out of the pressure point on the lotus flower spike. A few days ago I decided to order this and compare it with another brand, since I had also ordered two others. I decided to keep the brand that comes closest to my original brand. I was amazed to find that this, right down to the filling and outer material, was identical to the Pranamat and pillow. It's the brand name on the tag that makes a difference. Since a couple of weeks ago, I have been suffering from near excruciating pain in my lower back. A great deal of effort was required to get out of bed and to bend down to sleep, turn to the side, and get up. Despite trying biofreeze, acetaminophen, heating pads, and cold pads, nothing seemed to relieve the pain. Covid forced me to put off my regular acupuncture treatments, which I had been regularly going to for over 15 years. Started researching alternatives to acupressure mats when she missed it so much. My choice was based on the top rated mat and Ajna based on extensive research. Customer service contacted me for clarification prior to my purchase, who promptly answered. As soon as I had these questions answered, I decided to jump right in. the package arrived, I unpacked it and laid down immediately (LOL), and it felt as though the relief had been immediate. It has helped some with me with back pain and headaches as well. I have suffered from pretty severe back pain and had a pretty intense flareup in the last week. I have used the mat as well as just the pillow, and I feel greatly relieved. Initially I recommend covering your head or neck with a sheet or wearing a thin shirt. I have been able to sleep with my pillow without anything on my head and As well as standing on the mat, I have tried sitting on it.
