Baby Dove is my absolute favorite! On my little one, I don't use anything else. Her skin is silky smooth and supple. I've started using this lotion on myself. There is no other lotion like it. As a newborn, she had extremely sensitive skin, and this was the best lotion for her.
This is a light, absorbent product. I've been using it exclusively as an adult for the past six months. It does not leave a waxy residue on my skin and does not cause me to develop contact dermatitis.
This lotion has a pleasant scent and is easy to apply. The only reason I gave it a one-star rating is that we use it on our daughter before she goes to bed, and her skin remains greasy in the morning and throughout the day. It could simply be a result of the "Rich moisture" section, but I'd prefer it to absorb a little more. OUR DAUGHTER, ON THE OTHER HAND, NO LONGER HAS DRY SKIN, SO IT WORKS!.

My 4-year-old dislikes having this on her face because it "burns. " YIKES! I wasn't expecting Dove baby lotion to "burn," but it's safe to say it's no longer used on her face. However, it's perfect for her after-bath body moisturizer.

My fault for it being lotion instead of bath was that I was looking for a mild bath soap for a baby and the lotion came up as another option (which happens all the time on Amazon), and I tried to pay attention because I had already received something and was expecting something else. The odor is also revolting. It also didn't spread as greasy as other baby lotions.
