It's what I use for my three-year-old. We like it a lot. I used to buy other expensive products for her because she had Eczema, but since I already use Dove body wash, I was excited to try the baby version and I love it. For the price, it's a good deal.
Yes, it is safe to use on a three-month-old. I used it on my baby girl after she returned home from the hospital three months ago.
Yes, I use it on my four-year-old daughter. The soap has a delicate scent and is gentle on the skin.

This item is not suitable for children under the age of three. My two-month-old was completely exhausted. This is not something I would recommend for children under the age of two.
Petrolatum is classified as a carcinogen by the European Union, and its use in cosmetics is restricted. It's hard to believe this is in a baby product! This is both disappointing and alarming!.
Everett, like her father, has extremely sensitive dry skin, and we've been battling an eczema rash all over her body for over a month (I've given her oatmeal baths, breastmilk baths, lathered her in other lotions, and applied coconut oil). I've tried everything) I bathed her in Dove sensitive baby wash and then slathered her in lotion before going to bed, and her rash has vanished! She doesn't have any dry patches anywhere on her body, and she's still super soft nearly 24 hours later.
However, it has a very strong odor! My 7-month-old smelled like she'd been dipped in perfume for hours after her bath! The amount of fragrance in baby products should be kept to a minimum. We're not going to use it in the future.
I haven't tried the lotion yet because I was gifted SO MANY for the baby shower. It smells great, he hasn't had any reactions to it, and I believe it helps calm him down in the evening to get him ready for bedtime. Also, instead of grabbing a bottle, turning it up-side-down, and bathing him with one hand/arm while pumping the product out with the other, it's much easier to bathe him and hold him with one hand/arm while pumping the product out with the other. Squeezing the contents out of the side-down container.
So, I like the soap but despise the pump. It takes an eternity to come back up, and it only pumps out a small amount. Every time I use it, I'll either transfer it to a different bottle or unscrew it. Although it may not appear to be a problem, it is extremely inconvenient. My children have sensitive skin, and the soap seems to work well for them. So far, I've only used it a couple of times. It has a pleasant scent that is not overpowering.
My 10-month-old's eczema has responded well to this lotion. Her skin becomes very dry, with red patches, and she begins to feel very rough. This lotion isn't a cure-all for my daughter's eczema, but it does help keep her skin from drying out completely. I tried Aveeno, Eucerin, and Cetaphil, but none of them worked as well as this lotion, and some of them made things worse. When our first bottle of this lotion ran out, I tried to make do with other baby lotions I had on hand, assuming I had the eczema under control, but her skin became rough again; That's when I realized how important this lotion is for controlling my eczema. I ordered a replacement bottle right away, and her skin was soft again in a matter of days. I'm not going to let myself run out of this lotion! br>My daughter was prescribed hydrocortisone steroid cream for her eczema, but we've found that applying it twice a day to her skin, followed by a honey-based eczema cream for her hot spots (elbows, backs of knees, and ankles), keeps us from having to use it unless she has a bad flare-up during hot weather.
This is a wonderful and relaxing fragrance. What is the first thing that comes to mind as a toddler after a long day at daycare? TAKE SOME TIME TO RELAX IN THE BATHROOM! I've noticed that my son is always so relaxed after a bath, and I believe this scent has something to do with it, especially since he's been acting a little strange all day. This is a great buy, and I've bought it before, so you can trust this parent!.
