It's just hard for me to tell whether they really helped me heal or if it was my baby's latch finally improving over the past couple weeks. Often, they were full of leaking milk so I'm unsure if that was helping heal or just keeping everything too moist. Maybe it would be better to try this on someone who doesn't leak much?
