As I have tested many nursing pads, I found them to be bulky, uncomfortable, and lacking in absorbency. I also found Medela nursing pads to be large and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the adhesion is horrible, so these nursing pads were basically loose in my bra. These nursing pads are far superior to anything I have used in the past. The slim fit works well with thin shirts. I thought I would get a thin shirt with a snug fit, and these work perfectly. According to my review, these pads were large enough and held enough milk (good absorbency), however, I found that the pads had difficulty folding in on themselves when I had to pull my bra cup down to breastfeed. I am now experiencing a terrible sticky residue left on my nursing bras from the two sticky strips! It's not possible for me to wear them with my nursing bra or instead I'll have to use a professional product (Goof Off) to remove the sticky. As an alternative, I wear them inside my cotton nursing tank overnight and then put them in my nursing bra in the morning. The only way I can (mostly) save my bra from the sticky residue is to remove it with water. This is a really bad product that I would not purchase.
