Lansinoh Reusable Nursing Pads for Breastfeeding Mothers, 4 Pads , White

I had tried other washable nursing pads before and they Lansinoh has always been my favorite brand, so when I saw these, I thought, hey, I'm willing to give it a try! And, I want to let you know they did After opening up the package, I knew these thin and flimsy items would not be able to accomplish the task. I still tried them anyway because I was determined to find out how they ran. What is the ultimate test? Let's say overnight. In the past, I used to have to change my breast pad at least three times in the middle of the night because i filled them up and they made me so uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that these do not seem to be damp. Granted, I just got these yesterday and haven't washed them yet, but I am so impressed with them! My fingers touch the pad and I cannot feel any dampness, yet I know for a fact that I have letdowns that would wet it. We used this all night and it stayed dry. We kept the same ones this morning to check if it was a simple night and no, it did not. I still have a dry surface. This is what I've been waiting for! I'm super happy with it!.

The pros outweigh the cons. Please note *br* It is absorbent. Though they are thin, there never is a leak through them, even at night. Please note *br* Having a dry feel even when wet is an advantage*, but doing it well could be more complex. Their shape makes them less noticeable, so I like that they are not flat. Please note *br* My bra size is appropriate, and I am aware that many women choose to buy large bras, but I intend for them to fit within my bra. The cons are Please note *br* The fabric is not breathable (I guess this is one of the disadvantages of being waterproof)*- They have a form that is not even - this upsets me a lot Whenever you are using them, you should make sure that the position is correct. - There is no place for them to stay (I find this to be the greatest con). As a result I always wake up soaked after nursing or at night, as they are thin and clump after showers and nursing.

Although the bamboobies are soft and breathable, they don't seem to be that absorbent and still leak through my clothing. While these are not as soft as the old ones and sometimes still irritate my skin on sensitive days, I have not encountered any leaking problems. In my registry, I asked for reusable over disposable items because I loved the idea of them. During our search to find a feeding schedule that worked for both my daughter and me, we found that these were not absorbent enough. Changing them two or three times a day was always necessary since these felt always damp. I still had a painful yeast infection despite this. When it comes to cleaning these, I do so in the washing machine using hot water and they always come out a bit Furthermore, I needed to swap out these items so many times that it was not possible to dry them by air. I tried some other reusable pad brands that were much better at absorbing moisture, but eventually switched to the disposable Lansinoh pads due to their greater absorbency.

The following are items I need on a daily basis. It takes me two pairs per day to keep my clothes reasonably dry otherwise odors will accumulate. In the past, I have used cheaper microfiber and bamboo pads, which shed fiber and make my nipples itch. As an aside, I tried the disposable ones and found the edges to poke into There are no other pads that I can use.

My only complaint is that I am so used to disposables that I am afraid of leaking in them at night or losing the seal.
