This product smelled fishy to me. Target was where I got the bottle on the right. I bought two of the left-hand bottle the other day. This product is being used to treat my baby's eczema. I no longer trust this product, and I am dissatisfied. This item appears to be diluted. Even the color is incorrect. I'm hoping it hasn't been tampered with in any way. Very let down.

This is a product that I have been using for my child for a long time. It now has a different smell and is so dilute that it is practically useless. I'm all for businesses making money, but if the product is good, simply raise the prices, and loyal customers will keep buying. Because Shea Moisture is doing this to all of their products, I will not be purchasing from them again.

This product is not the same as the bottle bot I bought from the store. I placed an order because I liked the scent and other aspects of the product. However, it is extremely thin and difficult to get out of the bottle, into your hand, and onto your baby without it running through your fingers, etc. Must be someone somewhere thinning it down to increase profits.

I'm very concerned that the product I received was tampered with or altered. I've always bought it from a reputable brick and mortar store, and I've been using it on my child for four years, so I know exactly how it looks, smells, and feels. I noticed right away that both bottles had leaked, which was odd because they were supposed to be sealed. The seal wasn't completely sealed when I opened the cap. On one side of the bottle, it was rising. br>br>The product inside the bottles was a much paler color than I'm used to, and it had a distinct smell. It also lathered *much* more than anything I've ever seen - I've always purchased products that have a gentle lather and aren't overly bubbly. In the shower, I tried it on myself and it made the skin on my arms itch and tingle. It's a good thing I didn't use it on my kid.

Purchases should be avoided. The cap on one bottle was broken, the seal on the other was broken, shampoo was all over the place, and it was diluted. The fragrance isn't as strong as regular shampoo, and it appears to have been mixed with water. The consistency isn't quite as thick. This is not the place to buy! Make a trip to the store.

Normally, it is fantastic. This time, not so much, either because the formula has changed or because the vendor has watered down the product. It came in a two-pack with an inner seal under the cap on both bottles, but this stuff was as clear as water. Both bottles are available. It still smells and lathers like before, but it's not the same product.

This baby wash is already excessively priced, but it smells wonderful. Unfortunately, the bottles were only 2 inches full, as shown in the photo. I'm really annoyed that I spent so much money on baby wash and only got 4 oz, and I'd like to return it, but I need it today.
