Because the particles aren't nano, some white is left behind.
I was able to get rid of it. It's a lot like butt paste, but it doesn't leave stains on your suits after they've been washed.
Sunscreens should have a three-year shelf life if they are kept out of the sun and away from heat, which can cause the ingredients to break down; however, discard any sunscreen that has changed texture or color (e.g. has darkened, runny, or clumped together). I hope this information is useful.
Yes, my entire family uses it, from infants to adults, and we absolutely love it.

Four of them come from well-known healing plants, while the fifth comes from our bee friends. Zinc oxide, a sunscreen component, is the active ingredient in this product. To begin, I'd like to point out that the active ingredient isn't absorbed into your skin like oil-free sunscreens found in drugstores, which makes it safe. That's why you'll probably look like a "ghost" at first, and yes, you'll be oily, but in a good way. A little goes a long way in this case, as well. And, as with any herbal medicine, product, or remedy, more applications and patience may be required. I've used Badger balm sunscreen for years and have never gotten sunburned. It hasn't been used by the kids or anyone else I've offered it to. I've also used it at music festivals where I'd been in the sun for hours! Apply it before you leave and as soon as you're in the sun. Take your time, you'll most likely need to rub it in for a while, and think of it as an opportunity to appreciate and love your body. What does it matter if your children appear ghostly? They are protected from chemicals and the sun. This is the only brand of natural sunscreen I will use after hours of research. Other scents and formulas are available, but I personally prefer calendula and chamomile for their skin-healing properties. Calendula is one of my favorite scents, and it's the one you'll notice the most after applying it. On the other hand, the unscented version is quite unpleasant. This doesn't bother me because I have sensitive acne-prone skin. Negative reviews claiming that this product does not work should not deter you; it does. If you plan on spending a lot of time at the beach, keep in mind that you'll have to reapply several times. If that's too much, try a different brand; even a less "safe" sunscreen is preferable to getting sunburned.
This is something I've been doing with my granddaughter since she was a year old. It works well and contains zinc, which I used on my kids when they were younger. It only takes a small amount, which I spread evenly and let dry for a few minutes before putting on her swimsuit. I only need to reapply if she has been in and out of the water, as well as as a precaution in case she rubs it off. She has never had an adverse reaction to the cream and is diligent in applying it. You can smell some zinc because it contains it, but the other ingredients help to make it smell pleasant. Faces are also handled with the Badger stick. Because it is a lotion, I try to keep them out of the sun and in their own bag. Because it is a lotion, it will melt and become extremely hot in the sun. Every year, we go to the river and lake, and it's been fine in my bag in the shade. If it gets too hot, I just pop the plastic bag it's in in the water or cooler for less than a minute, and it cools it down quickly. This will be my go-to until something better comes along. We also don't expose her to a lot of sun and cover her up with hats and white oversized, long sleeve, cotton tshirts. Living in SoCalifornia, we have to deal with the sun and do our best to protect her.
I like that this sunscreen has no nasties in it, and I like what it stands for. I've been looking for a safe product to use on my kids for a long time. What I find disappointing is that my children are returning home from the beach with color, not burnt color, but a rosy glow. AND this is the first time we've ever been to the beach. 3 pm. I also used it on my back a few times and became slightly pink as a result. It's also a nightmare to get rid of. I used a face scrub and a back brush, but there is still residue on my face and back. I rub my kids with a washcloth to remove the sunscreen, but they still smell like it. It doesn't have a bad odor, but you don't want them to sleep with any sunscreen, no matter how safe it is.
I was still sunburned! I'll start by admitting that I have no experience with baby sunscreen. Maybe they're all the same (smell, texture, etc. ), but if you're an adult used to regular sunscreen, you'll be disappointed with this product, which is heavy on the skin, difficult to rub in, smells strange, and doesn't do a great job of protecting you from sunburn. br>br>I only bought this sunscreen because I was required to bring and use biodegradable sunscreen on a snorkeling trip in Mexico. It was incredibly heavy and thick. My boyfriend told me I "looked like a ghost" because I couldn't get it rubbed in. It has an odd odor and feels uncomfortable on the skin. I still got a sunburn after all of this.
br>It was also my choice because I didn't want to buy a sunscreen with an SPF of 50, and most other sunscreens had SPFs of 50. br>I haven't tried any other sunscreens, so I can't compare, but it doesn't go on smoothly. And you can't use too much pressure on a baby's sensitive skin. br>Plus, after a while, the sunscreen turns transparent, so kids won't look like ashy ghosts. The best part was that O found it to be extremely moisturizing.
I've found this to be the best and cleanest sunscreen I've ever used. My sister and I were both looking for clean sunscreens at the same time, and we were sending each other links to look at. We both ended up ordering this product and sharing the links in a matter of seconds, and I feel completely comfortable using it on my baby. It does require some rubbing in, but that isn't a major problem. Badger products have always pleased me, and this one in particular exceeded my expectations.
I really like this product; it has a slight white tint, but you can reduce it by putting a small amount on your hands and rubbing them together before applying it to your face. It contains only Zinc Oxide and is made entirely of natural and organic ingredients. It's a pain to apply all over your body (due to its thickness), but what do you expect? Is it more important to have convenience or to have high-quality defense? I'm going to stick with this product for a long time!.
