When I ordered the Reunion Banner, I received a sample that read "WELCOME MARTIN'S FAMILY REUNION. ". As a family reunion, I feel like the name should be the When I put in our family reunion name, I put "WELCOME GENGO FAMILY REUNION", but the banner came out with an "s". I felt the same way that everyone else did as they liked the banner, but was disappointed that it had been changed from how I ordered it. It was fine but I only gave three stars because my name had been changed. top side of the material had a shiny finish, and the top side was made from paper. Although it arrived fairly quickly, I was afraid our gate would collapse under the damp weather. I do plan to put it out on our porch and I'm glad it arrived.

If you are going to hang it, make sure you use HEAVY DUTY TAPE because it will not stay in place. As the roll is rolled up, it is difficult for it to stay in place. The family reunion we had in 2012 was amazing and now we have it to use for years to come. Thanks a lot.

The quality of the video is awful! Having shipped it over to the family reunion and not being able to inspect it until 10/20/2020, I found it to be unworthy of the money and it had no grommets to hang it and was made of paper, so it was unusable in an outdoor pavilion. The product was misleading when it came to purchasing it, so I am very disappointed in.

I am very impressed with this company's banners as they are well made and My banner needed to be made in a very short time span & I found exactly what I was looking for with this company!
