I did notice that the knife needed to be sharpened, and it was too small for me to use. It was a little on the pricey side for what it was. I was on the verge of ordering the larger rail spike knife, but I'm glad I didn't. Plus shipping and handling, it'll set you back $80. 00. This is the first and last time I'll be placing an order.

I purchase custom and hand-forged blades that are very expensive. I bought six of these as Christmas gifts to share the joy of handforged blades with others. They were extremely well received. Quality is excellent.
This purchase had made me so happy! It arrived in excellent condition and a little sooner than expected. I bought it for my father, who is interested in forging, and he thought the fact that you could see what the knife was used for was really cool. This is fantastic. It's a little small, so if you don't already have something to put it in, I'd recommend getting the leather knife holder. In addition, the stand appears to be quite attractive. I used a leather knife holder, but I think a knife stand would be an excellent choice if you want the recipient to see it frequently. Thank you a lot!.
At my wedding, I received two of these knives as toast gifts for two groomsmen. They were a big hit with everyone. Although these knives are small, they are functional. Arrived with a vengeance. They'd look great on a shelf, too.
