Clearly, it is a false document. Mine is my favorite. It is heavier than other Ulus I have used, but I find it easier to use than others.

My husband and I live in Alaska, and we bought a thin stainless Ulu knife in Alaska. You can cut tomatoes and other vegetables with it easily. I decided to purchase an Ulu knife with a more substantial handle after I felt the handle would wear out. I settled on this one because it seems more durable. I was very pleased with how it arrived. There was a need to sharpen it. After sharpening it, I tried cutting vegetables with it. The tomato smushing aspect of it more than the cutting aspect results in tomatoes being smushed. There is a thickness to it. if you take a piece of meat with this, it will be at its best. A knife like this seems to have a handle that will last for ages. Thus, a 5-inch chopping board would be required in the meat cutting compartment The star is mine for the vegetable category, but not for the star.

It is absolutely beautiful, and the handle is superb. There is nothing better than this knife. It is absolutely beautiful, and the handle is superb. There is a lot of weight to this knife, and it is clearly very well built. My friend bought me this knife for Christmas and I have had no regrets. It cuts like a dream. I have used it to cut tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, olives, and vegetables. The ulus is something I can easily use for the rest of my life. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a ulus when there are so many cheaper ones on Amazon, but I'm glad I purchased this one. The care and craftsmanship that went into making this knife is obvious, and for something that should last a lifetime, it doesn't get any better than this.

This is an awesome knife that is easy to use

I will begin with this ULU because it is beautiful. The knife has a good weight to it, and it comes with a nice leather pouch I consider it to be high quality pocket knives. The pouch has an interesting smell to it, I was not sure which was more fish or seal oil, but thought it was something to note. The knife does not feel sharp on its own, but that darn edge at the right angle is an absolute monster. While cleaning up a tri-colour, I took a small piece of skin off my knuckle I will give you a tip on how to smoke. My kids were floored when they saw this ulu, and their reaction was "WOW!". The damascus steel is there! It matches the quality of the ulu that we have, which has a Damascus print and while it's sharp and very reliable, it does not match The metal has a nice feel and heft to it. The knife is easy to sharpen and cuts very well. (I think this could be the reason I cut off a small bit of skin. A cheap one will do if you just want to get used to the rocking motion and use it. There are a few on Amazon in the sub-20 dollar range that will work. This bad boy is the one you want if you want one that is going to last you for a long time. I'd also like to comment on how quickly and accurately their shipping was. From Alaska, it took me about three days to get here.

This is an ideal knife for someone living with a one-handed amputation

It took me a while to get over my initial skepticism about the price of this product and be intrigued by how beautiful it is.
