I received excellent customer service, fast delivery and excellent product. authentic smell, coupled with the 'manly leather' feeling was evident when the leather was examined. The inscription on this was neatly etched, too, and was easy to read. Of all the gifts, this was perhaps my favorite. Upon receiving the first compass (the compass was much earlier than expected), there was a small defect, but the seller communicated promptly and exchanged the compass immediately without hesitation. I am not mistaken, I received the replacement well in advance of the date that the original was supposed to arrive. I cannot say enough about how excellent and friendly the customer service is.
