The soft, muted peach and blue color featured in the product photos meant they were right up my alley. In the attached picture, you can see that the fabric is bright pastel pinks and blues. The colors I bought would not have been my choice.
It was crucial for me to get a mask that would not muffle my voice and not slip down while I was speaking. It is the perfect mask for the job! In the event I want to use a filter, I like that they have a pocket for it. As far as durability goes, I don't know if these masks will hold up as long as some of my other masks since they are made of a lighter weight fabric, however, I have washed and dried them three times so far without any problems.
My mask is no longer mascne since I switched to these masks! I'm so happy! Although the mask itself is a little big for my face (I do have a smaller, narrower face), I do like the design. Despite this, the mask is comfortable and I do not get hot wearing it like I did with the medical masks. A plastic nose wire doesn't have the same fit as a metal one since it is plastic. No matter how tight you pull on the straps, the sides puff out too. The adjustable ears were the only thing I liked about this product. It is unfortunate that I will not be able to wear these masks, as no one in my household fits them.
I have many masks and they're all great. The nose part is plastic, and the filters are also plastic. You can get them in attractive summer colors as well.
However, if you're trying to be responsible and follow CDC guidelines, this mask is so far the most comfortable I have found. It's nice to see that there are multiple colors to choose from. In spite of the fact that I gave the garment 5 stars for its stretch, thickness, and comfort, I have not yet found the perfect fit. pull it down over my chin, but it's less than when I've used other similar products. In addition, they have adjustable ear straps, which I think all masks should have.
I like the color, fit, coverage, and look, but I have to wear it over my head all day. I can hear the mask moving in and out every time I breathe, and the lining bunches up before I am unable to hear other people because the sound is muffled too much when I speak. No matter whether the filter is in place or not, it is still too hard to breathe within them. They have also been cleaned in order to see if that helps, but no improvement has been seen. While I even bought a mask bracket to wear under it, it still makes it difficult for me to breathe and too hot for speaking. All day long, I need to talk and be heard clearly, since I am a teacher. Even though I am a thin woman, the masks barely fit on my face. With this mask, I feel as if I can't breathe and I don't normally feel that way.
