There are three layers in total: the outside front plaid, the inside plaid liner, and a third partial layer. These are ideal for people with larger faces or heads, as well as those who have beards.
Ear loops are adjustable and the material is 9 inches long. It's well-made.
I have no idea how these are made or if they contain any chemicals. I'm sure there's no chemical odor when I first put them on. They appeal to me because they have a double cloth, which I believe makes them more secure to wear. Some people may find it difficult to breathe in them, but I don't. I've previously ordered two sets, and I'm about to place another order.

There's even a filter pocket on the inside. I work as a school librarian and have to wear a mask all day, but for the first time in my life, I didn't mind. The fabric of this mask felt good against my skin and kept me comfortable all day.
These masks are absolutely fantastic. They fit well, look good and are 100% cotton AND made in the United States Of America. After ordering a lot of low-quality masks both here and on Etsy, I've found the best quality masks. This vendor deserves a big thank you.
It's extremely comfortable and simple to put on. These are the most comfortable masks I've ever worn, thanks to the super soft lining, soft bendable nose guard, and adjustable ear straps. Every day, I wear a mask, and I have to change it every day. These are my favorites among the many I've purchased. I like that they come in a pack so I can wash a few at the same time while wearing one.
My husband was overjoyed to receive his tartan plaid masks because they are the first masks we've come across that perform two functions. To begin with, his face is broad, and most masks would be too small and uncomfortable to wear, but not these! Second, he has a large beard, and no masks are suitable for this obstacle. These masks solved both issues while also looking fantastic!.
I have a smaller head, so these masks are quite large. It took a long time to get it to fit around my nose without causing me to exhale into my eyes. The material is a little stiffer than some of the softer masks on the market. It does have a filter, which I like, and I think they'll be comfortable and enjoyable once they've been "broken in. ".
I really like my plaid, but the adjustable thing bothers my ear a little, but it's still fine and reasonably comfortable. It's thick enough that I'm confident it'll keep out whatever I need it to.
If you have a larger face, this may not be the best option.
The elastic straps can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit. They're very comfortable to wear and stay put. They don't run down your cheeks; they stay put. As a result, you won't have to reposition them every time you speak.
