YUM! I've tried a lot of bean dips, and this is one of the best. Many of the brands I've tried in the past were either too bland or had a too firm texture, making them unsuitable for chip dipping! What good is bean dip if it isn't served with chips? br>br>Microwave for 60 seconds, according to the instructions. The timer stops at 80 seconds. Pull it out halfway through the heating process, stir thoroughly, and then let it finish heating. You get a much more even heat distribution and don't end up with scorching hot and lukewarm areas. This pinto bean dip has the PERFECT texture after it's been heated! It's rich and creamy, and it's ideal for dipping chips, even thin tortilla chips. We've used tortilla chips, corn chips, and burritos to make this. It goes well with just about anything! br>br>In terms of flavor, the pinto beans' natural flavor comes through strongly. The jalapeno adds a nice peppery kick, but it's not particularly spicy. Spicy food does not appeal to me, and I am sensitive to heat in general. Even for my sensitive "black pepper is spicy" palate, I found this to be quite enjoyable! LOL There was nothing bland about this dip, and it was perfectly seasoned and salted in my opinion.
You can reheat them in the microwave, but the directions are a little hazy. Before microwaving, it says to remove the plastic wrap. Isn't it the film on top that wasn't wrapped in plastic? But then it says to store food in the refrigerator with a plastic cap. After that, peel back or slit the film to let steam out. That's not the plastic wrap from before, is it? 60-80 seconds in the microwave The bean dip bubbles out of the slit in the film after 70 seconds, so take care! After opening, remove the film, stir, and then refrigerate. It also has a lengthy shelf life. It's good for two years, until 2023. br>br>The dip isn't too strong. The jalapeno in it is barely discernible. It doesn't have much of a kick to it. But it's a good thing.
With a bag of tortilla chips, the Earth Co Organics Pinto Bean Dip makes for a convenient snack. The bean dip can be eaten cold (at room temperature) or heated (in the microwave). It's tasty and beany, with a mildly spicy kick that my kids could eat. You'll have to add more spicy sauce yourself if you want a nice bite of spice. The container was large enough for our family of four to share as part of a movie snack buffet, and because these are shelf-stable, we were able to enjoy them together. We can open a can whenever we have a craving for beany goodness because it is stable. Overall, it's a tasty snack to have whenever you feel like it.
When I see the word "jalapeo," I immediately think "spicy hot. " " Nope. The flavor is primarily bean, with a hint of heat. It has a soft enough consistency to scoop with tortilla chips without them breaking, but it isn't liquidy. 18 tablespoons (1 1/4 cup) or 11 ounces by weight are contained in each cup. ) That's a small amount, but I find that I don't need nearly as much bean dip as I do salsa. br>br>The dip is certified organic, vegan, and gluten-free. Low-fat, GMO-free food. Even though it isn't as spicy as I had hoped, it tastes great.

Although the jalapeno flavor in this dip isn't overpowering, I find it to be quite tasty. It's thick and flavorful, and it's perfect with corn chips. So far, I've only had it warm after microwaving it (which I enjoy), and it doesn't heat evenly in the microwave, with some sections being hot liquid and others remaining solid clumps. I found that heating it for about half the time suggested, stirring, then continuing to heat and stirring again at the end worked better for me (rather than heating completely and stirring). However, the containers make it simple to microwave the dip and then store the leftovers in the refrigerator. br>br>I like the flavor, consistency, and low fat content, as well as the fact that the ingredients are organic.
I like to use the thin crackers because they hold up well in this, and the bean dip with a hint of jalapeo is delicious. 30 minutes later, stir with a chop stick to combine, and it's ready to dip. The flavor is fantastic, and the container holds up well. I'm very pleased with these and enjoy the flavor; I highly recommend them to bean dip fans!.
It's a mostly smooth dip with a light kick. br>br> The flavor of the beans is rich and salty at the same time. All 7 ingredients are real organic ingredients (pinto beans, onion, jalapeno chili, salt, safflower oil, serrano oil, garlic), and I think my kids would have tolerated the mild heat if they had milk in their hands. The BPA- The free plastic container is ideal for storing leftovers and repurposing when you're done.
