Beans are beneficial to your health. This dip contains only healthy ingredients that you would use if you were making it from scratch. This dish contains beans, garlic, tomatoes, spices, and other ingredients that are both healthy and flavorful. Spice is a mild spice with a lot of punch. Everything will taste good if you dip it in it. I have some healthy crackers that aren't particularly tasty on their own, but when paired with the dip, they taste like any other chip or cracker. I also dip raw vegetables (baby carrots, pepper strips, etc. ) in it, which helps me increase my vegetable and bean consumption. This is a winner based solely on flavor. It isn't because it is healthy. Win- win. This dip is fantastic; it's a quick and easy way to enjoy a healthy snack.
I must admit, I was a little hesitant when it came to dipping the first tortilla chip, but it was only a matter of time. It's incredibly delicious! I kept dipping and dipping and dipping! This is going to be a regular on my menu!.
The go-to snack is chips and salsa or dip. This is a perfect black bean dip - I like to keep things like this on hand in our house as a snack of choice. It has a bit of a kick to it, but the flavor is fantastic.

I ordered this on the spur of the moment for quarantine snacks. It's fantastic! It's spicy but not overpowering, and it's packed with flavor. I would strongly suggest it.
