This is the second time I bought this Snyder's Pretzel variety pack and it was just one month past expiration both times. They are one of the snacks I purchase for my employees in case they need a little boost To tide them over to their next meal, offer them something to tide them over until their They won't finish 36 bags before the expiration date, but they won't get through 36 bags in time. Even though I have now learned that the expiration dates on these types of items are not strictly enforceable, I still have a problem buying a product with such a short shelf life.
Having taken an interest in pretzels since I was young, this is a great combination for me, and Hanover is my favorite brand, so I was very glad to take possession of My initial order arrived last week, but I noticed immediately that the product was out of date. In response to my complaint, I contacted Amazon Customer Service. I was shocked to find out that Amazon had shipped me a second box of this amazing snack at no additional cost with a shelf life greater than six months. I am very satisfied, not only with the product, but also with the way Amazon took care of Yes, of course. My recommendation to pretzel lovers would be to purchase this assortment again and to recommend it to them!.
Here is what I received just now. This batch reminded me of similar ore packaged snacks that I ordered from Amazon in the past, but I was disappointed. There are four types of pretzels in each pack Four of the kinds are set to expire next month, one in April and the other next year. I just thought these would lay longer than a month, so it wouldn't be worth it to return. It is more realistic to order two other brands along with this one, since they do not expire until May and June. The only way I would recommend buying these is if you can eat all of them.
These expired on March 28th, after I ordered them on February 15th. My food items that I order on here are only good for a few months. It is very frustrating when people spend hard-earned money on food and then it lasts for very little time. Amazon is efficient, but I'd rather go to an actual store instead of wasting my time on a site that delivers expired food items every time. I would not recommend it. This is awful.
The Snyder's pretzels are my favorite in general, so I naturally enjoyed this as well. I like these pretzels they have a good taste and texture, and they arrived fresh, well before they ran out of time. Nonetheless, the honey mustard was less than perfect & I deducted one star because it was so sweet There wasn't a lot of bad taste to it, but I had some trouble getting the taste of onion out of my mouth afterwards, which didn't help me with my nausea. Although I don't know whether it was because the pretzel pieces absorbed a lot of the flavoring powder or because the powder itself didn't agree with me, I didn't like the taste. In fact, it is the former a variety pack with honey mustard & other condiments Having a lot less surface area for catching powder wouldn't do these as well as they did me since they have less surface area to catch the.
I understand, but. a hot deal price and I was very happy with the purchase. This is true in general. The snack has more than a year left before it expires. I took the snack's age into account. The product should not be sold shortly before its expiration date if only a short time remains for it to be used.
I noticed that the "sell by" date on the outside of the box (which I didn't notice before) was "October I just opened this package of pretzels I bought beginning of October and they were stale this is the second time that has happened It's a given! I've gone over the box I received in September As of Oct. 20, it has a "sell by" date of Oct. 3. We hope they are fresher than the ones sold 10 months later than had been expected. I will be closing all open items to see if there are any sale by or expiration dates.
It was great to receive this 36-pack. There are some bags in my car that I leave behind. It is something I can reach for on my way home from work to take the edge off my hunger. It would be nice if the set included more of the hard pretzels (like honey mustard type). It's not just me. Plain pretzels are enjoyable too, but I find that more varieties make consuming these many bags more enjoyable.
