Amazon normally offers a month of expiration date on heavily discounted candy/snack items, so if you buy them heavily discounted you need to finish them off by that month or else they may expire. Now that I've learned my lesson, I'm ready for my next challenge. I was fortunate in that my package of soft pretzels did not expire. There are still about a month left for me to eat the 48 counts of pretzels. I know it's not easy to make Synder's Pretzels as well as I love them. In my opinion, rating a product solely based on its expiration date is unfair since it's not the fault of the product itself. Therefore, I only took away 1 star to balance out the rest of the 1 star rated reviews. We love the taste of Synder's Pretzels! They are not too salty and tend to taste great unless you get near the expiration date, so if you like pretzels, this is a good brand to try out. It might be good for Amazon to urge that products on sale have an expiration date that shows up somewhere next to them after a purchase is made, and not after a purchase has been completed. Here's my first negative review on Amazon, but I'm very disappointed with these books. Since they were delivered today, I'm guessing they have been sitting in the box for a long time and thus have picked up the taste of the box. It is so disappointing to me. I received the 24-pack yesterday, but it expired on 12/05/20, so I bought it within the next 24 hours. It is hard for even my son to eat these that quickly. I have ordered these boxes several times in the past and never had this issue. The boy has already eaten one bag, so I'm not even sure if I can get the return filled.
The taste and freshness of the tea were also never an issue. when I went to order them this time I discovered that they had ridiculously increased the prices! When I bought it for $20, it was now $20 and $25 There is no way that this is legal! At this price, I am not going to buy it.
