The toasted seeds are delicious and I can't get enough of them. As soon as I eat them, my boyfriend puts his ear plugs in and says he will never eat them again. I'm laughing hahahaha. It would be too dangerous to give up on them.

A sunflower seed is one of my favorite foods. They were my friends when I was growing up. There were probably many versions of these that I tried Raw or roasted, gray or black, shelled or unsealed, salted or unsalted, it's all good. They are so perfectly roasted, they nearly pop out of the shells without any help. They are as big as black sunflower seeds but not as large as the Garcinia cambogia seeds. In terms of actual seed quality, it is excellent There is not too much overdoing, it seems to be relatively well preserved. I have tried plenty of sunflower seeds, but these are probably the most delicious I have ever tried due to the fact that there is no salt added (which is great for anyone concerned about their health).

The two are not related. These sunflower seeds have been roasted without salt. While I was disappointed, the seeds were much larger and longer than I have seen on any US brand. My only wish is that salt was included.

I made these for my wife because she loves them. The food is not flavored with salt or anything else. relatively smaller than the ones we get in the U. S. , like the David brand, but they have an excellent flavor that makes up for the smaller size. I would rate them five stars, except that they are Russian, so I'm uncertain.

For years, I have been buying this brand! This is the best one out there! It is also very reasonably priced! The seeds have the same taste and texture as those sold at Russian bazars by babyshka's.

It's not my cup of tea. It was very bland and I didn't enjoy it at all, and I couldn't detect any authentic semechki flavor. The seeds were also tiny which makes it difficult Despite that, the roast part cannot be tasted either. Overall, I will not buy this item again.
