It was a pleasure to purchase these fresh sunflower seeds. If you want to grab one for a snack, they were a bit small, so not so great for eating out of hand. Still a bit too salty to add to salads, but good for toasting and sprinkling. There was just one thing that disappointed me - their size. In the case of When snacking on hand, I find Healthworks sunflower seeds to be the best.
Due to their gluten free status, I purchased these. It's awesome to have them. Raw broccoli salad with raisins, sunflower seeds, and onions is one I really enjoy making, and the dressing I make is made from raw cashews that I blend.
