Crunchy, not tender. It's better than almonds, and it's a lot softer. These are my personal favorites/delicious. Get some nuts for yourself and hazelnut spread for Grandma.

I'm not sure, but they're delicious, and I put them in my cereal every day, chop them up with fish, and put them in scones. I'm about to place a new order for them.

br>I'll have to cut back or stop buying for a while, but I'm hoping for a sale or today's deal. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Despite the fact that this is the most delectable nut, I must deduct one star because it is simply too expensive. br> I found a comparable product for half the price at Trader Joe's, so I'll have to switch between the two. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> 12/10br>The last two bags I received were hard and stale, in contrast to the sweet and light crispy texture I had previously enjoyed. br>Because the seller does not offer a replacement or refund, it will be a long time before I give this product another chance. I've bought this hazelnut a total of 19 times!.
I have a complaint about Amazon's fulfillment, not the product's quality: Amazon sent me one bag of unsalted hazelnuts and two bags of lightly salted hazelnuts when I ordered three bags of unsalted hazelnuts. I was unable to return or receive a refund for the salted ones that I did not want and did not order because Amazon refused to accept my return or refund request. So keep an eye out for Amazon's incorrect fulfillment, which could be particularly problematic if you order multiple bags. I believe they ran out of unsalted butter and made a substitution without my knowledge or permission.
I've tried a few different brands and always come away with the feeling that something isn't quite right. Too old? But these? They've been cooked in some strange way. This is the best I can come up with. I suppose it's fresh, picked and prepared on the same day (if that's commercially feasible)? Even that, however, I am not certain of. After all, harvesting has a limit; what then? br>br>These are very small food particles. All I ask is that they maintain this level of quality in their product. I am a very pleased client.
br>I'm going to buy it again. Wish they were less expensive. br>br>Tried hazelnuts in Mallorca, Spain, while on vacation. When we returned to the United States, we went looking for them. br>Thank goodness I came across these "Oregon Farm To Table Hazelnuts from Premium Growers. " br>br>This is a nice contrast to the almonds, pecans, and cashews that I eat on a regular basis. The texture and flavor of each nut is unique.
Because hazelnuts are my favorite nut, I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I couldn't wait for my food to arrive so I could begin snacking. Unfortunately, these nuts have a burned flavor and strange aftertaste; I know they're roasted, but they're not for me. I'm not going to buy any more of them. Next time, I'll go with a name brand that I can find locally.
I've gotten two bags of these in the last few months and I'm really happy with them. They're perfectly roasted and taste great. Given the size of the bag and the price of hazelnuts, it appears to be a great deal, and I will definitely be ordering more. I haven't tried any of the flavors other than the natural dry roasted ones, so I can't comment on them.
I just wish they weren't so darn expensive: line, which is much runnier than I'd like.
This was fantastic. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where filberts were always present, if not in our own yards or fields, then in someone else's. I've missed having them so easily accessible and stocked for the year after being away for so long. br>Now that I need to purchase them, I'm thrilled to have found a source with such a low price and high quality. And then there's the buying!.
