Is this a product that is produced in the United States?

Yes, we do grow our hazelnuts in the United States.

Is it possible that your products were processed on the same machines as gluten-containing products?

Gluten-free hazelnuts are naturally present in our dry roasted hazelnuts. Free of gluten and not processed on equipment that also processes gluten-containing ingredients.

Why aren't there any DuChilly hazelnuts on Amazon?

What a fantastic query! The health of the DuChilly trees was compromised, resulting in a significant decrease in production. (Unfortunately, the inventory was then allocated to farmers markets.) We don't know if or when the DuChillys will return to Amazon at this time. On the Holmquist website, there are still some bags available, but shipping costs will apply.

Is there a chance of cross-contamination with other foods?

No idea. The product is labeled as coming from Holmquist Hazelnut Orchards, but no mention of cross contamination is made on the package.

The Holmquist Hazelnuts have a pleasant flavor and are free of rancidity

The Holmquist Hazelnuts are great for snacking, salads, and yoghurt. I was given a bag a while ago and found the dry roasted hazelnuts to be fresh (rather than rancid, as many others do) and have since placed orders for four and three Holmquist Hazelnuts, which speaks for itself. br>I don't know how much something costs.

There is no taste or scent

I was dissatisfied with these hazelnuts because there was no aroma when I opened the bag. Even more surprising was the lack of flavor after baking. A Hazelnut Butterball is one of the cookies that I make. Unfortunately, you could only taste the flour and butter when using these nuts. The 2 1/2 cups of ground hazelnuts, on the other hand, did not taste stale. They just didn't have any flavor at all. It was a waste of money.

These filberts, or hazelnuts as I call them, are the best. I've lived 20 miles from Holmquist for 30 years, and they've always been excellent. I'm overjoyed that they're now available on Amazon.

These have made me very happy. They have a great flavor and there are no added oils or salt, so I'll be ordering them again because hazlenuts are hard to come by in the grocery store.

The quality is inconsistent

These hazelnuts were a gift from my family at Christmas. We're delectable. I ordered four more times, but the hazelnut flavor was missing on the last order. They appeared to be old and had been roasted for far too long, resulting in a bitter taste. I'll contact customer service, and I'll have to shop around for a different company.
