These shakeable toppings are meant for use on top of lattes with coffee stencils. There is no powdering as granules and it is the size of sugar granules. The stencil designs did not work well with this consistency. The topping is also very sugary and does not taste like cocoa at all. There's no way to make good use out of this stuff, and it's really a waste. If you are using powdered cocoa, you should use that.
