After waiting forever, I found the mess I had. I love the product, so waiting forever and finding it so mess-up was a real disappointment. When I was about to reorder again, I decided to read reviews first. My use of the product has been repeated, so I was willing to buy 6 knowing it would be used. I am not even sure what can be used since I was so pissed off that I just put the whole load in Then put it in a gallon-size bag and ship it with the same packing that it came They are taking it back even though they don't want it back. The moment they opened the box, I was wishing I could have been a fly on the wall. I guess I don't have that kind of enjoyment to even think about 1) I've never sent a picture in reviews, but will figure it out.
If I need to purchase any more, I will visit a local store.
It thickens into a very rich chocolate pudding consistency (once cooled) after being microwaved with a little milk. I then top it off with a generous serving of sugar free whip cream. A dessert made of just these two things is very nice.

First shipment contained a broken jar, strawberry topping all over the other jars, and the content was all over the box. We had to order it again after the first shipment was damaged. A replacement jar for (1) one broken jar is requested. In this shipment, there were (6) six jars instead of the (1) requested, of which (3) were broken, just like in the previous I doubt there was enough packing in the box, and I'm not sure that every jar was My opinion is that this is kind of stupid. It was a very poor shipping process. If it isn't worth it, you shouldn't purchase it! I will not request another replacement or purchase the product again.

I have updated In my opinion this is the very best sugar free hot fudge, and I would therefore highly recommend it. You shouldn't be anxious about the sold six bottles because they will not hold up particularly during summer ice cream times.
