There are many ingredients listed in the description, but it is primarily composed of Peanuts (Peanut powder and peanut bits), Cane Sugar, Salt, and If you are making the Cocoa Crunch version, add cocoa powder, quinoa and Stevia. simple ingredients that are natural, wholesome, and organic. Due to the fact they use pure Cane Sugar rather than processed sugars, their sweetness is milder than Brazilian cane sugar, which means it tastes WAY MUCH BETTER! In my opinion, I prefer the Cocoa Crunch flavor over the other!
The first thing I want to say is that Pasokin "crumbs" never last more than a week at my house they never last longer than a week!

As far as I'm concerned, these are not peanut butter crumbs nor chunks. As an alternative, it is more like powder and I find it a little too sweet. In spite of that, the peanut butter tasted very fresh and was extremely fresh.
