Product Description

Each serving contains 1g of net carbs. Contains no GMOs, is all natural, and is low carb. There is no artificial sweetener in this product
The best syrup on the market is free from preservatives and fillers. Unlike most other syrups, we do not dilute our syrup with water, making it the best syrup available.
We do not use any sugars, sugar alcohols or sucrose in our syrup. Monk fruit is the only sweetener we use. The sugar should be cut, but the sweetness should be preserved
The perfect topping for dessert. The syrup also works as a keto waffle syrup

Questions & Answers

Is it liquid fiber or some other type?

On another thread, Choc zero suggested liquid tapioca fibre and corn fiber as sources of liquid tapioca Those looking to lose weight should avoid tapioca fiber. This food contains very high levels of glycemic index. The product is great and I bought a bunch of it until I realized I had to turn it off.

Is it possible to determine the carbs (not net) in a serving of food?

Per serving of one 1 tablespoon, there are 13 "gross" grams. There are 2 net carbs per serving of a tablespoon of this product. It has 11 grams of fiber. As part of my healthy eating and lifestyle choices, I follow HFLC. There is nothing better tasting than this chocolate syrup, even Hershey's can only be compared to it!

The gycemic index is a measure of how fattening a food is?

There is a sweetener called monk fruit in it. In my understanding, monk fruit has a glycemic index of 0

The sugar levels in the blood are affected
3/5

However, it didn't work for my child, who is Type 1 diabetic. As a result of eating this syrup on his low carb waffles, his blood sugar level went sky high. Though it is tasteless and bland, the syrup is rich and delicious.

The keto diet is OK, but not good for it
3/5

My glucose levels doubled within an hour of taking the medication. Apparently, no one keeps track here, and they believe the Product Description, which specifies "Perfect for living a keto lifestyle. ". There are many low carb diets out there, such as value. It states on the label that one tsp contains one net carbohydrate. Okay, I had two tablespoons and two carbohydrates, did I not? The only thing that matters. The number of glucose units in my blood went up It's a Maple syrup product that I also have and I'm scared to test it now. It's not always the case that your results will be the same, so you should test your glucose before and after and not rely on I'm not going to lie, it's delicious. The flavor has an odd chemical flavor I'm not familiar with, but it's There is a lot of stickiness and it pours very slowly. Spout of the container is designed so that the liquid does not drip.

This product cannot be used by people with diabetes! I'm going to tell you my real opinion now
3/5

There was a recipe I used for low-carb candy that combined ChocZero's caramel syrup with. I don't think I have ever eaten anything more delicious in my life than this recipe. The caramel syrup is outrageously tasty and has a perfect thickness to it. This is an outstanding piece of work. * *** HOWEVER. Despite the fact that the label claims 17 carbs per serving, the product is only 1 net carb due to 16 carbs that have been deducted for dietary fibers. When I started using this product, my FBG was between 105 and 115, but it shot up quickly First, I was confused as to what was happening, only to realize that I was taking this syrup in addition to my regular diet. In the moments following my stoppage of the syrup, my blood glucose level began to drop immediately. Nevertheless, it took a good week for my Fasting level to drop. (I control my BG by diet only, and I eat low carb so my tissues tend to burn fat for energy and uses the glucose in my blood as energy. ) Therefore, I researched to find that the dietary fiber that has been deducted is made up of both There is nothing wrong with those It should not have been removed from the nutrition facts label since it is digestible fiber. It actually IS digesting those carbs, and 17 grams of carbs per serving should be listed on the bottle. Use this syrup if you are not diabetic, do not need to be in ketosis, and are not following a low-carb diet due to other reasons. I even used it in my iced coffee, making a caramel iced coffee, and made sure my blood glucose levels weren't altered. However, if you are diabetic and still want to take the chance, then be mindful of your blood glucose levels after consuming this product. There is something so disgusting about this. There is nothing more important to me than There is no doubt that diabetes is a serious condition. There is a false statement on the nutritional label.

I totally recommend this dish to anyone who is watching their weight
5/5

What a delicious dish! I can't stop thinking about it! As a sugar-free fan, I am not a fan of the artificial sweetener taste, so I was skeptical that this would have no taste because it does not contain any. I'm sure you'll agree it's awesome. You can eat it like hot fudge (because it IS like hot chocolate) and it tastes just like chocolate. Those of you on Weight Watchers might be wondering what one Smart Point is. A tablespoon of this will give you 0. 25 smart points. You can stir it into zero point yogurt or dip strawberries in it for the greatest snack ever.

The flavor is great, but you should use it sparingly while you are The taste is great, and it doesn't take much to give great results
4/5

If you are on a ketogenic diet and use too much, it might have an adverse effect on you. There is a 2 tsp or greater reduction in ketone levels using this supplement. In low doses, extra salt will have no impact on weight loss. In high doses, the weight loss will be stopped altogether. Every person is different, and I am a slow metabolism, so your results may vary, but I have found the whole "net carb" thing to be less harmful than cut-calorie diets. There is much more to the story than companies might have you For those just looking to add a little caramel flavor to their drinks, this is doing the job well. Feel free, however, to supplement with something else if you want it to be sweeter. In addition, I mix 2 tsp of monk fruit sweetener with 1/16 tsp of this in 24 oz of coffee and it works well. This product is well worth the cost, especially for those who are trying to stick to a diet but crave flavor.

It's great for ice cream, but it lacks the full flavor of chocolate
4/5

Our family eats as low carb and sugar free as possible, and we decided that we should try this chocolate syrup because it was suggested in the keto community for adding a bit of shine to sugar free ice creams. Let's take a quick look at what's happening It's thick and syrupy like real fudge. It goes a long way too, so it's great cold or heated. It's not bitter. It's a great option for no sugar scenarios. There isn't enough chocolate flavor in the product. There is almost an echo of chocolate in the taste You can taste it as if it were chocolate icing on doughnuts, but it isn't as strong in its chocolate taste. As if chocolate donut icing were echoing through the ether. It's hard to describe it in any other way. It's not true* As a result of a teardrop-shaped spout and the thick nature of the syrup, it is difficult to pour without huge globs falling out. Stringy as hell Once you have poured, take a napkin with you to clean your lid or your fingers.

This is essential if you are on a low carb diet! Having never used ChocZero Caramel Syrup before, I wasn't sure what to expect
5/5

This is the second time I have tried the chocolate one and I love Why would I want caramel syrup? What could it be used While I have been known to squeeze some of the ChocZero chocolate syrup out on my finger to get a chocolate fix, none of you gentle readers would do that, would you? It was not as sweet and didn't seem as thick as chocolate. I also thought it wasn't as thick as the caramel. At least I was able to find something yummy to eat it with. The only person in my family who likes pancakes is me. What an odd thing to notice. During one of our weekend getaways, my husband decided to make some type of pancake (don't ask, don't tell), so I used this honey syrup on the pancakes. Since I don't usually make pancake syrup, I don't normally do it, either. Those of us who like darker colors can leave them to them. Whenever I make pancakes, I like to top them with vanilla Karo syrup. It was going to be an experiment of many kinds to use the caramel. Having tried this stuff on pancakes, I am happy to report that it was fantastic. From eating a simple pancake I didn't feel like I was getting a sugar rush. I liked the taste of the pancakes, and the thickness was perfect. To date, I have not used it in other recipes, but I intend to do so at some point. There is only one complaint I have about ChocZero products. They don't seem to be able to keep enough on hand. This is a great problem for a corporation to have, but it is disappointing for its You should give it a try. There's nothing you won't like about.
